1. CMS PC upgrading for 3 quay cranes G4, G5 and G6. The original iFix CMS is retained. The CPU model is GE 90-30, and communication is via Ethernet and BNC connector. The GE DC2000 drives are connected via RS232 and GE Control Toolbox software. Penang Port, Malaysia
2. 12 sets of CISCO wireless bridge systems are installed for connecting TCM RTG cranes to North Port Intranet. Root and Non-root bridges are configured. CISCO wireless bridge AIRONET 1310 model is used. WGB model is configured. North Port, Malaysia
3. CMS PC upgrading for 6 RTG Facvo cranes. The original SICMA CMS is retained. The CPU model is Siemens S7-400, and communication is via Ethernet and CP431. PTP, Malaysia
4. CMS PC upgrading for 36 Hanjung RTG cranes. The original GE Cimplicity CMS is retained. The CPU model is GE 90-30, and communication is via Ethernet and UTP connector. PTP, Malaysia
5. CMS PC upgrading for 14 IMPSA quay cranes. The original Fix32 CMS is retained. The CPU model is GE 90-30, and communication is via Ethernet and BNC connector. PTP, Malaysia
6. Installation and Testing of CMS systems on MHI and IMPSA quay cranes. The PLC is Yaskawa (Extended MEMOBUS) for MHI cranes, and Telemecanique (MODBUS ASCII) for IMPSA cranes. Johor Port, Malaysia
7. 1 set of CMS System for IMPSA quay crane is installed. The PLC CPU is Telemecanique TSX PLC. Modbus ASCII protocol is used to communicate between CMS and PLC. Kuantan Port, Malaysia
