1. |
8 sets of DGPS Container Tracking and Gantry Auto-steering systems are supplied for TCM RTG cranes. The system provides container location as well as guiding RTG crane to travel without operator's steering. The PLC model is YASKAWA CP-317. |
North Port, Malaysia |
2. |
8 sets of CISCO wireless bridge systems are installed for connecting TCM RTG cranes to North Port Intranet. Root and Non-root bridges are configured. |
North Port, Malaysia |
3. |
Tacho generator based positioning algorithm is applied in 9 quay cranes. It converts the tacho pulse to the trolley position. Since the time slot is quite small, and a high precision trolley position is obtained. The programming language is Siemens statement list. The system is Siemens S7-400 PLC and Simovert AC Master. All of the original safety and speed monitoring functions are kept in the new solution. A lot of cost is saved for replacing the encoders. |
