1. New NDI CMS system is installed for 1 quay crane and 1 luffing level crane. The CMS software package includes fault message, device monitoring, maintenance, report, playback and tracing modules. The compressed data scheme enable long history data for playback. The PLC model is Telemecanique PLC (MODBUS RTU). The communication is via SCM22 and RS232 cable. 2. CMS PC system upgrading for QC01 and QC02. The original Windows2000 and iFix application remains. New computer hardware replaces the old one. West Port, Malaysia
3. A new pallet location in the warehouse crane 1 is created and programmed for Level 3 office. A pallet deposite and pick-up cycle is implemented. The new location is used for the office staffs to pick up or put away pallets from the L3 office place. 4. Siemens WinCC SCADA software development kit is used to develop the visualization interfaces instead of original ProconWin for 4 warehouse cranes. The communication is via MPI and CP5512 card. 5. Panasonic F-SIGMA PLC is used to control the baler machine in CISCO warehouse. The old PLC system is replaced. CISCO Recall Centre, Singapore
6. Recalibrate the pallet and carton locations in a few rows. The new travel encode value table was set. The original two location difference was solved. CISCO Recall Centre, Singapore
7. Replace the old SEW drive with its new model. New GSD file was installed through Siemens STEP 7 software. The Profibus protocol is used to control the drive from Siemens S7-400 PLC. CISCO Recall Centre, Singapore

10. Bulk cargo CMS Systems for unloader cranes are installed. The PLC CPU is Mitsubishi Q series. Mitsubishi MELSEC Automatic UDP protocol is used to communicate between CMS and PLC over Ethernet. The original SCADA Wonderware is replaced . 11. DGPS-based Container Tracking and Management System is installed for RTG37 (G37) and RTG38 (G38), respectively at Saigon New Port in Vietnam. The container location is sent to main PLC (Yaskawa CP317) via CP218 Ethernet interface. The communication protocol is Yaskawa Extended Memobus. VMT (Vehicle Management Terminal) recieves the location data via TCP/IP interface from the main PLC via CP217 series port (CH2). A series/Ethernet converter and an optical/electric converter are used to transmit the data from the electric room to operator's cabin via the festoon system. Saigon New Port, Vietnam
12. CISCO-based WiFi system is installed for RTG37 (G37) and RTG38 (G38), respectively at Saigon New Port in Vietnam. Workgroup Goup Bridge (WGB) mode is set up for AP1310, which is connected to MAP1522. LWAPP protocol is used in this mode. It allows up to 8 Ethernet-enabled devices to connect to the bridge (AP1310). This can save the hardware cost, and reduce interfernce. DGPS rover device uses WiFi to obtain calibrated data from the base station. RCMS uses WiFi to communicate with PLC. Saigon New Port, Vietnam

14. Install two Schneider Magelis touch panels for RAMP Machines PLC model is Telemecanique Twido40. The communication protocol between the PLC and touch panel is via MODBUS RTU and RS232. Jurong Port, Singapore
15. Install two CISCO 1242 access points in the warehouse, and four workgroup bridge (WGB) for mobile cranes. The cranes can roam automatically and seamlessly between the two access points.
